Hunter H. Fine (Ph.D., Southern Illinois University Carbondale) currently teaches at Humboldt State University in the Communication Department and conducts critical communication scholarship that skates along intersecting themes of performance, critical pedagogy, rhetoric, and poststructuralist theory. Often combining site-specific performance work with new media projects, he typically explores the social constructions of place and space as well as the tactical negotiations of power therein.
